Great stay!

The stay and the staff was great! The only issue we had is that it was cold and the heating system was already shut off for the winter. We went to ask about it and they said that they were sorry and let us use a space heater that worked just fine. No issues what so ever other than this

We arrived at check in time but was not allowed to enter property until 6:30 due to parking lot restoration. Please! Close for one day to complete the process, don’t inconvenience people that travel forever to get there.

It was affordable. The room was 60 degrees until 11pm when i finally called the front desk. It has "central water heat" controlled by management. They did turn it up and bring a space heater. The "hot" tub was only 90 degrees. We turned it up to 104, but after an hour, it hadn't warmed up even 1 degree. This is in April in Colorado, so temps are still pretty low.

The pictures of the rooms looked nice, but the room we got seemed dirty with old nasty furniture (the chair was brown with dirt). Breakfast was cerial, waffle or muffin in plastic. The hot tub was towards the street, so we did not go in. Would choose another hotel if I ever come back.

It was clean. Just no heat. Had to get a space heater from the front after I complained. The man had no emotion.
