It was just fine. It was ok, and it served the purpose of a hotel. I feel like the staff deserves better, they deserve more people helping them. The front desk people were working all alone, in a busy hotel they are expected to be in multiple places at once. I am greatly appreciative of the safe place to stay.

Room was nice sofa bed was kinda small more like a twin when asked for a cot was told hotel does not carry any. Fridge would not get cold and room was boiling hot we got the suite so the balcony was in the main room when the door was shut to room the living room would be scorching hot and we could not put the air on because it was locked for heat only so myself and husband had to sleep with balcony door open to keep room cool so we were freezing. They also did not stock the food and snack area in the lobby and on christmas eveything was closed so we figured we would get some snacks in the lobby but it was pretty bare. No one says hello besides the woman who checked us in she eas very nice and always said hello when we walked through. Hotel is next to a pretty river which was nice to walk to and very close to down town.

The staff memeber at check in was great! The room was great for our needs, two small dogs and a child. It was as we expected. Fairly close to town (a mile or so) what you would expect for a properly functioning Holiday Inn Express. We were only there to sleep during a road trip so it fit our needs.

Staff was great. Parking lot and entry was icy and slick in spots. Went to breakfast buffet and they didn’t have anything left. They were under staffed for the number of guests.

Staff were wonderful. The room was very large and clean. Went to take a shower and it was not good. Had the water on the hottest and it was still cold. I suffer from RA and need a warm shower to get my body moving in the morning.
