Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. The only problem was the elevator, but it didn't matter to me; I was able to carry my luggage up to the second floor using the stairs. I will definitely stay here again. :)

The room was very clean but housekeeping is every two days. The breakfast was awful. There wasn't anything healthy or appetizing in the menu, the fruits were not even fresh. We had to supplement and prepare our own breakfast.

The elevator was broken and the breakfast was basic. The room was nice but I did not like the sliding bathroom door for the whole family, especially when using the restroom.

Hot tub was a little unkept. The sofa bed was terrible & no real blankets & sheets as compared to the regular bed. When housekeeping came in they put the sofa bed back in to the sofa, we were still there another night. They took the 2nd blanket. The pillows had funny lumps in them. Overall the hotel was good, just more upkeep & new items would be helpful.

The staff was great. The room was well cleaned. However, we were disappointed that the pool & hot tub water were not well maintained so we missed out on some fun pool time with the grandchildren. Also, the elevators were not working.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. However our tv screen was fractured about 5 inches and was noticeable when it was on. The front desk seemed to know about it. Also there were spots of spackle that hadn’t been painted over in the bathroom.
