No shower gel or shampoo (not even hand wash which is simply unacceptable these days) in the fitted bottles attached to shower and sink areas, didn’t notice until I was getting washed which was very inconvenient, rooms not maintained very well, empty receptacles which is quite unnecessary in hotel rooms these days, more like a budget motel room, dated and needs attention, horrendously over priced for a cheap dated room with very basic refreshments and tired room, worst Radisson I have ever stayed in, although staff were fabulous both at reception and the bar. Understand you’re paying for location, but no Radisson usual flare, thin old pillows, slim single beds, towel, although clean, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were purchased circa 1990s.

The hotel was in a lovely location, but not a great experience overall. We had a draughty room as the window mechanism was broken and so it could not be closed. One of the lamps also had damaged cable - obviously not checked in a while. The food in the restaurant was mediocre, but the restaurant staff were friendly at least. Guests deserve a better experience from the Radisson.
