I was there with my fiancĂ© and they told me that she couldn’t be with me and that they were not even gonna allow her to stay in the same hotel so we begged her to allow us because I’m an American and he says OK. Let me make a phone call without even telling me anything. He charges me for another room and charges me more for two nights than I was paying for three nights and doesn’t even explain anything. He just gives us two keys for two separate rooms on two different floors, which was kind of an insult and I was not happy about that, but he didn’t disclose the charges either until after I was checking out. The breakfast was disorganized we kept asking for stuff and it was just the staff was not very proactive. I feel ripped off and insulted and will never return back to this hotel again.

Awesome stay affordable and valuable to the penny!

Reception staff Diana, Mariam and Fareedon will go beyond their way to call the cab in the street for you, make sure you are home and well taken care off. House keeping is wonderful and folds your clothes for you. Continently locate near the airport and city with free airport transfer. Owner is also at the facility and makes sure you are very well looked after.

The hotel is wonderful! The rooms are very clean, and the courtyard is a beautiful place to dine, especially at night. The location is also great, just a few minutes’ walk from the airport, which makes it very convenient for getting to the city or back to the airport. A big thank you to Faridun for a smooth check-in. He speaks good English and gave me all the information I needed. Also thanks to Adolat at reception for quickly booking me a taxi, and to Husrav (I believe the owner) for making my check-out so easy. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Honestly, I would rate this hotel 11 out of 10. A fantastic stay. I’ll definitely come back!

Amazing modern property with free airport shuttle. Reception staff were absolutely amazing and treated me with the highest form of respect when I was here. The hotel is extremely modern and the rooms are amazing. Exactly what I'm looking for in a hotel. My only criticism is that the restaurant food, service and portions wasn't great and I had to eat at a different hotel every night but the reception staff and rooms genuinely made up for it and I had an amazing stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, hotel is very clean service was amazing, I am very picky person when comes to my breakfast I did ask for some thing which wasn’t on buffet I ask they brought for me really I am struggling recommending this place the only negative thing about this location is not walking distance to the mall and shopping centre but very close to the airport if you have early flight even you can walk, it is 15 minutes walk.

Staying at the kiropol Hotel was an exceptional experience. The staff were super nice and helpful, answering to all our questions and demands positively and with a smile. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The amenities, the restaurants, the lobby were all clean and new. I definitely recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Dushanbe.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kiropol Airport Hotel in Dushanbe, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Location: The hotel’s location is unbeatable, especially for travelers. Situated just minutes away from Dushanbe International Airport, it’s perfect for those with early flights or layovers. Despite its proximity to the airport, the hotel offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, ensuring a restful stay. Rooms: The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. I was impressed by the attention to detail – from the comfortable beds and quality linens to the modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a well-stocked refreshments. The soundproofing is excellent, so I wasn’t disturbed by any outside noise. Service: The service is where Kiropol truly shines. Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to assist with any request. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering local recommendations, or ensuring my stay was comfortable, they went above and beyond. Dining: The on-site restaurant offers a delightful mix of local and international cuisine. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. I particularly appreciated the local dishes, which gave me a taste of Tajik culture.
