Centrally located and well connected. Many shops near.Certainly not a business hotel but would be okay for leisure stays. Internet was not working. No 24x7 receptionist or support staff. Rooms smell weird

The Wi-Fi was not working, the shower water went cold after five minutes, and the heating was not working.

Don’t get hooked by the name because “dreams” is more accurately “nightmares.” The pictures of dreams Düsseldorf in no way reflect reality. There is no clean white surface anywhere except maybe in the compartment shower. While the building itself is architecturally interesting, it is now completely run down, shabby and above all FILTHY—I would say layers of dirt and grime collected over years. In the stairwell were broken windows with big shards of exposed glass as well as dangerously loose and frayed carpets on the steps. Our room had a table lamp with no plug, a cheap box wardrobe without shelves or hangers, a glass door to the balcony with the sign CAUTION DO NOT OPEN, no coffee/tea amenities, the thinnest of sheets & towels, and walls and doors so grimy they had turned several shades darker than the original paint. The sink in the bathroom had no stopper, so that putting in contact lenses required a piece of clothing (no wash cloths available) to secure the bowl. I shudder to think about the mattress and pillows. Only jet lag kept us there. The neighborhood itself is fascinating to walk in and to dine in. A major public transportation hub on the street makes it easy to get around the city. Find a better place to lay your head.

One step above a Hostel! Staff was kind and efficient. Room size was good. When we arrived it was late at night and hard to find. The room itself did not have any furniture other than a bed, two side cubies, minimal desk (we used for a dresser) and a closet with 5 coat hangers. The balcony was quite different, not really a balcony, it was small and held a table and 2 chairs that we took the chairs inside. We will come back and stay there if we come back to Dusseldorf.

Lots of errors. Room wasnt ready fof 3 pm checkout .My 2nd day i had to go up and down 3 times as my key dicnt work.Finally tge front desk said oh i see your are staying 2 nights.DUH? BREAKFAST IS 20 EUROS RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED. NO AIR CONDITIONING IN MY ROOM .HOTTER THAN A FRYING PAN..HOTEL IS NICE BUT GOT TO GET SOME NEW FRONT DRSK PEOPLE.A FEW ARE NOT TRAINED. 4 STAR HOTEL.I HAVE STAYED IN 2 STARS IN USA THAT ARE BETTER AND CHEAPER.

The hotel isn’t really a hotel, more a few rooms in a residential building. The room looked absolutely nothing like the one we booked and was smelly and damp. It’s not possible to leave luggage. We arrived, stayed 1 night and barely slept as it’s so noisy and then left to check in to another hotel. We are finding it very hard to get a refund.

Stayed here for 4 nights and is fine for a budget hotel. It could do with a little TLC in places but everything was clean and it’s only a 25 minute walk to the old town and pretty central for most things
