Excelente hotel; ubicación regular

El personal, sobre todo el señor etíope, me ayudó mucho con un problema que tuve con mi equipaje. El desayuno es rico, el hotel es bonito y la habitación es cómoda. La ubicación no es tan buena, porque está un poco retirada del centro, pero está muy cerca de una estación de tren.

Leider hat die Heizung gepfiffen und konnte bis 4 Uhr nicht einschlafen. Da es echt laut war kann es kaum sein dass das keiner vor mir gemeldet hat. Mann müsste die Heizung einfach entlüften. Hier wird offensichtlich am falschen Ende gespart.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, Matratzen super, endlich mal genug Kopfkissen in einem Hotel, ruhige Lage, ich habe geschlafen wie ein Stein. Bad mit allem was man braucht und auch sehr sauber. Genug Stauraum, ich war rundum zufrieden mit dem Zimmer. Wir hätten auch gerne im Hotel gefrühstückt, aber die Zeiten 07:00 - 09:00 Uhr waren für uns viel zu früh. Gerade wenn man nachts noch in der Altstadt unterwegs ist, ist ein Frühstücksangebot nur bis 09:00 Uhr am Wochenende doch viel zu früh. Schade, macht doch lieber 08:00 - 10:00 Uhr, das wäre doch zeitgemäßer.

On first arrival, the receptionist was very helpful in sorting me a room out, as I was there well before the stated check-in time, which was very helpful. The room itself was not of a great standard and didn't feel like a 3 star hotel, with no carpets at all a big surprise and the tiled floors made it feel as though it was like a PE changing room. Despite appearances though, when it came to it, I had one of the best nights sleeps I've ever had in a hotel and when you're not spending much time there, except for sleeping, that's about the best you can ask for!

Buena estadía, habitación limpia y buenas camas. Desayuno muy bueno y muy amable el personal. Fui para la Feria K, el precio que cobraron para ese periodo no se condice con el nivel del hotel ) 300 euro. El wi fi no muy buena calidad.

Zuverlässiges und freundliches Personal später Check In möglich. Alles was man braucht da gut Ausgestattet für kurze Aufenthalte. Liegt in einer Einbahnstraße echt ruhig sehr angenehm und Frühstück auch gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Einziges Manko sind für Gäste die mit dem Auto da sind das es keine Parkplätze gibt und ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit es sehr schwer wird dort etwas in den Straßen zu finden aber das hat mich nicht groß gestört. Werde wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Für den Preis, den ich bezahlt habe, kann man echt nicht meckern. Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht und man ist mit der U-Bahn in unter 5min am Hbf. Das Personal war größtenteils freundlich, aber wenig zuvorkommend. Das einzig Negative war der Lärm in der Nacht aus den oberen Stockwerken und der morgendliche Lärm um die Rezeption herum (das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss), mit Ohrstöpseln aber dann auch nicht mehr zu hören. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ottimo valore per il prezzo pagato. Camera pulita e piuttosto spaziosa. La zona è funzionale, facile trovare parcheggio e ben collegata coi mezzi, non troppo distante dalla stazione centrale. La reception ha un servizio 24h.
