Charming 2-bedroom house with Two Acres of Solitude in Eagle River

Charming home situated on two acres of natural beauty and surrounded by an additional 15-20 arcres of undeveloped woodlands--deer galore. Though minutes close to many of the attractions Eagle River has to offer the home is on road with only a few homes affording a great deal of privacy--truly feels secluded! Home is very near Silver Lake though not on the lake.

Two bedrooms and one bath. One bedroom features a queen bed--the other a twin trundle bed. Many upgrades.

One car garage and a longer driveway can accommodate an additional 2-3 cars.

The space
The home is furnished with many new items: all bed linens. towels, pillows, mattresses are new as of July 25th, 2026. Home features two bedrooms and one bath. All windows treatments in living room and bedroom are new curtains. One bedroom includes a queen bed--the other a twin trundle bed (two twin beds). Home is extremely clean--has been described as "immaculate".

The living room is equipped a new 55" 4K UHD (Ultra Hi-Definition) TV with PrimeTV, both love seat & chair power recline.

One car garage and a longer driveway which can accommodate an additional 2-3 vehicles.

Bathroom has been updated with a full one-piece Kohler bath-shower unit; new tall extended toilet.

Lots of closet space--dresser storage, etc. The first bedroom includes a new (in July 2026) 12 Inch Queen Cooling Gel Infused Memory Foam Mattress.

The second bedroom features all new furniture, all pine wood trundle bed - top mattress 12 Inch Cooling Gel Infused Memory Foam Mattress -- the lower bed with 6" hybrid coil and foam. Adjustable height desk and task chair.

Both bedrooms include a luggage stand.

Home is very clean! Floors through-out either new (kitchen) or recently refinished--all rugs throughout are new. New power recliner in living room and a newer dual power reclining loveseat. Again, this house is very clean even by the standards of the fussiest patron which is our standard--we are fussy too!

Washer/Dryer can be found in the basement.

Regarding the kitchen range (stove)-- the stove top works fine but bake/broil portion is inoperable--though there is a 3 plus 1 burner gas BBQ grill outback!

Garage remote door opener can be found on entry way table (please do not forget to return).

Please remove shoes upon entry--soil/dirt is basically sand so shoe soles become like sand paper!
Only toilet paper can be flushed in the toilet--this is a septic system--anything else even if advertised as "flushable" is not septic safe.
Well behaved dogs only--very first guest locked their dog in the bedroom and left closet and bedroom doors scratched/gouged--no anxiety issues please!

The property is one of rhe cleanest, well-appointed, and comfortable places we’ve stayed in years! Everything you need is here. The acreage is dog-friendly and perfect for walks. The deer and turkeys are frequent visitors throughout the day. The home was clearly very well-loved and cared for by someone in the past. It’s immaculate.

From the outside, the home looks fairly simple, but opening the door reveals such a lovely surprise. My first thought was, “I’ve come home to Grandma’s house.”The décor has a charming 1950s feel, but it’s anything but old or dingy. Everything is fresh, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The furniture and beds are comfortable, the bathroom appears brand new, and the kitchen is cozy, well-appointed, and incredibly organized.The backyard is truly special. It’s the perfect place to sit outside and enjoy nature. I saw deer and, to my absolute delight, a pileated woodpecker! There’s also a tie-out in the backyard, making it easy for your dog to enjoy the outdoors with you.If you’re looking for a sleek, modern luxury home, this may not be your place. But if you’re looking for a cozy, charming, exceptionally clean and comfortable cabin, I highly recommend it. It’s obvious the owner has put a tremendous amount of thought and effort into making guests feel at home—and it shows.
