20’ X 20’ Newly refurbished studio apartment above detached garage for a romantic getaway, 1 child families, Girls’ Weekend or just one person who wants some peace and quiet! Walk down the steps and this view is what you see. Grab a couple of chairs and enjoy the best sunsets in the world! Walking distance to three beaches. Public beach (general admission but free parking if want to drive 1 minute), marina beach (shorter walk but can’t drive there), or closer walk to secluded beach. Short driving distance to some of the best towns to explore on Upper Bay – Chesapeake City (15 minutes), Northeast (.5 hour), Chestertown (.5 hour), Rock Hall ( 45 minutes), Saint Michaels ( I hour). Annapolis is a scenic one hour drive. Check out a different town or two each day! 3 WINERIES ARE 15 MINUTES OR LESS AWAY. Great hiking. Local restaurant in beach for great comfort food or just a drink is walking distance from property. Other restaurants are 15 minutes away. Amenities include: parking for one vehicle, free Wi-Fi, access to outside shower, central air, beach chairs to watch sunsets, towels, sheets, cooler, free bags of ice etc. 2 Night minimum, have to be over 25 years of age, no smoking, no pets. Access to park Waverunner/small boat in nearby Lot. Local boat ramp with fee for small boats. Cheaper rates for weekdays and Fall Season. COME SEE WHAT THE UPPER CHESAPEAKE BAY IS ALL ABOUT!

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I were there for our anniversary weekend. Hosts were very friendly, had good recommendations, and place was modern and clean! We enjoyed the beach area, sunsets and walks in the neighborhood. We brought our own kayaks and fished... caught lots of catfish!! We brought our bikes for Chesapeake City.We enjoyed the Bohemia Manor Winery nearby. Great sunsets and great memories! Thanks again!

The experience we had during our stay was truly delightful. The welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful touches were beautiful from the moment we arrived.The room is beautifully decorated, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the sunsets are breathtaking. It's a peaceful place to be. Betty, our host, was extremely friendly and helpful.She welcomed us with a great smile.She even blessed us with some tomatoes from her garden when we checked out. We had a very enjoyable stay.The location was absolutely perfect, with beautiful sunsets that were breathtaking. Crystal Beach was just a walking distance from our location.The stay was truly unforgettable, and the accommodation is a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Wonderful accommodation and extremely clean.I used this room to unplug and relax. I slept extremely well as it was very quiet.I didn’t meet the host but she was available via text and was very responsive.I will stay here again and highly recommend it!

It was a wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood. Early morning walks and watching the sunset in the evening were a plus. We also traveled to Chesapeake city and Havre de Grace.Hostess was very welcoming and friendly.

Ants in the kitchen, party at house connected with loud yelling into the night. Bed was very uncomfortable. Apartment over the garage and was horrible toxic fumes in every room. Place was so bad we left a day early and this was my birthday weekend. No compensation offered. Even beach hown the street charged 8 dollars each for entry. My husband was against leaving a review, I want next renters to see what they are signing up for

Perfect

So much better than a motel! This was perfect for my husband and I to stay while visiting family! Nice little living room area, full kitchen with everything you need, beautiful view and super nice hosts! The place was spotless, quiet neighborhood, short drive to shopping. Would definitely stay here again! There is only parking for one car, and not really any additional parking in the neighborhood so only bring one car. Thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

Peaceful rest and relaxation!

Clean and away from all the hustle and bustle, not to mention the views and lovely hosts! Don’t miss out on this if you want a relaxing trip, or if you do want to explore the area there’s plenty of great small towns in the area, also an easy drive to some of the most iconic cities along the Chesapeake Bay.

Amazing sunsets

Property was absolutely beautiful right by the water. The sunsets didn’t disappoint. Loved the little bar/restaurant that was within walking distance. Very friendly property owners & neighbors were just as friendly.

Fantastic, quiet &clean get-away!

Betty Ann was so extremely nice throughtout the entire process. And very welcoming. Her place has EVERYTHING you may need. And she had snacks waiting for me when i arrived.the room is extremely clean and comfortane. I stayed 3 peaceful evenings, and i will absolutely be returning. And the sunsets were nothing short of breath taking

Peaceful getaway

Friendly and nice hosts. The room is very clean and decorated in a nautical theme . There are welcoming touches such as snacks and beach chairs and an umbrella . We were given delicious tomatoes from the garden . How kind and thoughtful . Keep in mind access to the room is via a tall staircase . While you have a side view of the water from the window if you Walk about 150 ft you will have a direct beautiful vew of the water This is a place to visit if you are seeking quiet and tranquility

Crazy view

Wonderful room directly off the northern Bay. A very comfortable room with all your needs. I really felt relaxed and enjoyed the stay with access to the local beach and close to many eastern shore towns. I plan to return!

Weekend Getaway

My boyfriend and I wanted a quiet weekend away and found this cute little place and knew it would be perfect! We were not wrong. The place was awesome! Clean, comfortable, and the host are very friendly. The bay is steps away which we enjoyed sitting out each morning drinking our coffee. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed and I’m sure if we needed anything BettyAnn would provide it or let us know where to get it. We didn’t get to see a full sunset because we had left for dinner and the other 2 nights it rained but what we did see was absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this beautiful place to everyone. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Property is a nice small and intimate place. VERY clean. The communication from Betty Ann was definitely on point. Betty Ann and Jared were very welcoming. Even met the son and daughter in law and they were welcoming as well.
