It’s Okay

Difficult to find due to signage and street address (see photos for accuracy). This site lists the property address as: 1119 3rd St, on lobby door it’s listed as 1107 MT-49. Overall it’s okay. It’s in a rundown and shabby area. Best rooms are ‘motel’ rooms (cabins are very small). Picnic table, grill, and fire pit are a nice touch. Friendly staff willing to help with your needs. Stayed one night on way to Glacier NP.

This place was PERFECT! Clean! Clean! Clean! It was a perfect location for the park. It was very quiet. Beds were ultra comfy. It's not the Ritz, so if ya want the Ritz, maybe not book here. Locals are the best!

Georgeanna is so kind. While the cabin itself was old I found it very charming and made me want to get a cabin for myself to live in.

Room did not have heat, and the mattress did not have support all the way through, if i sat in the middle of the side of the bed, itd sink into the foot of the bed & raise the head end up. They way they handle their room keys made me feel extremly unsafe. I ended up not staying at this property and would advise against it. I did not get a refund, which is fine as i didnt communicate to tbe hotel that night about me not staying (reason for not communicating is that their office was closed for the night, and also i just didnt have the time, i needed to get to sleep asap)

Cute little cabin! We enjoyed our stay and were close to GNP for an early start. Checkin was quick. However, the heater didn’t work in the room so there was a tiny space heater - not the safest to sleep with so we woke up cold. The room smelled heavily of carpet powder (I know that is what it was because the housekeeper left a trash bag with an empty box of Arm and Hammer carpet powder behind). Aside from that it was great!

Booked through expedia then received a message to text them with arrival time. When I texted they said it was totally booked beforehand. We arrived anyway and someone just so happened to cancel last minute so we got in, otherwise we would have been stuck without a place. This sounds like it has been a big problem for a while and they do nothing to fix it. They even have a sign up saying they don't offer refunds and to contact expedia or third party booking app. So they oversell rooms to these apps and don't have enough when guests arrive. Anyway, since we were lucky enough to get a room, I'll tell you about it. It was nice to have a cozy cabin to ourselves, and their were food trucks walking distance away were we had a good dinner. Not much else to do in the area besides outdoor activities, which was great for us. There was no working heat/AC in the cabin so it was very cold at night. The room wasn't dirty, but it wasn't exactly clean either. The woman at the desk we spoke to was nice enough. Shower has hot water which was a plus. Overall would stay here again if they got their booking issues and heat fixed, but it definitely needs work.

It was not what we expected. Would not consider staying there in the future. TV did not work. Heat did not work. Outside was a mess. How can you represent a place like this. I should get a partial refund. The only plus was that it was convenient to the park.

Misleading, unsafe, and poorly maintained.

I do not recommend this property. The original hotel we booked did not honor our confirmed reservation, and we were moved to a “sister property” that was just as bad. The building had no heating system (only a small space heater, even though it was cold), the bathroom floor was soft and unstable, there were dead bugs on the ceiling and walls, and the room was dirty (old stained carpet, unwashed coffee pot with old coffee left inside). There was a refreshment table which had hard-boiled eggs and yogurt tubes left out at room temperature for multiple days, which is unsafe. Communication was unprofessional, and the property seemed confused about our booking even after checking us in. This stay was completely misrepresented on Hotels.com. I strongly urge future travelers to look elsewhere.
