Sun filled traditional two story barn with all the comforts of home. One large bedroom upstairs and one bedroom downstairs both with queen beds. Living/dining/ kitchenette and laundry room and one bathroom. 2 minute walk to the village, movie theater, restaurants, coffee and all the stores and an easy bike ride to the ocean beach. Perfect summer retreat. Nice yard to BBQ and play. Private parking.

Great location and in the center of East Hampton

Chini's home was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of the village. Great backyard on a quiet street. I appreciated Chini's patience, communication and quick response when we needed a couple of changes. Thank you Chini.

Charming place, didn't want to leave

I absolutely loved this place. The location can't be beat. The communication was easy, and the place had everything I needed. There is a nice sized yard in front of the place, which was so peaceful and lovely to enjoy, work from, etc. The laundry room is a nice size and provided extra room for storage. I loved my stay and hope to stay again.

Lovely cottage 2 blocks from town

Perfect for a couple with a second bedroom for one or two kids. Upstairs needs an A/C as it gets hot during the day. The owner is very responsive.
