East Hampton Village Getaway - right off Main Street

Our rental is a charming East Hampton Village getaway .5 miles from the beach, walk to all shops and restaurants in town. There are 3 sunlit, beautiful bedrooms with all amenities including cable TV and WiFi.

Property also includes a saltwater heated gunite pool with poolhouse - complete with 46' flatscreen TV and woodburning potbelly stove. There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower.

The property is 5-10 minute walk to the East Hampton train station and Hamptons Jitney bus stop. Other features include a working fireplace, chef's kitchen with all necessary appliances and turn key rental.

This rental is available throughout the year.

Flawless Stay in the Heart of East Hampton

We had a really enjoyable stay at this East Hampton home. Peter was a great host. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was fantastic! It was a 10 minute walk into town, a short Uber to Main Beach, 10 minute walk to Round Swamp Farm, IGA is across the street. You step outside and feel like everything is right there. Thank you, Peter!

Cozy and well appointed house with pool!

Loved our week in this well appointed house located near everything in East Hampton. Heated pool was delightful! Excellent, immediate communication with host who also provided wonderful suggestions for dinner. Listing didn’t mention final 200 cleaning fee which (in my opinion) should just be added to the price when booking. This home was perfect for us and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, cozy East Hampton stay. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Rental

Great location for being close to town and walking distance to everything. Host was awesome and checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Pool house was an added benefit and great space for relaxing. Thank you Pete for your hospitality!

Summer getaways

The whole process of renting this house was easy & smooth. Peter was easy to talk to & always available to answer any questions. We felt very comfortable all throughout during our stay. We loved sitting backyard porch in the morning for breakfast & laying back by the pool in the afternoon. Great convenience to restaurants & shops near by just short walk away. Absolutely we would revisit in the future!

Wonderful East Hampton escape

The property far exceeded my expectations. Peter, the owner, made the process extremely easy and was available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. The house had everything you'd need to enjoy a long term stay, and was setup to feel like you were a guest in someone's home. Gorgeous backyard and pool, making those summer nights so wonderful. I will absolutely rent this property again.

Location

We enjoyed our week stay, the house was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and everything we needed was provided , the pool was a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed that the grocery store, bagel shop and a few really good restaurants were all within a two minute walk. I can’t say enough about the owner Peter, he was quick to respond anytime I had a question and he even checked in with me a few times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Peter in the future.
