Sited on an extremely private 2.5 Acres, this stylish modern home offers every amenity one could desire. With light-filled open floor plan, living room with double height ceiling and fireplace, eat-in kitchen with informal dining area and wet bar. The first floor boasts 4 bedrooms including the en-suite junior master. A second floor that is an entirely separate master wing with full bath and office loft. The finished lower level offers a game room and work out area. And the grounds are ideal for entertaining offering a large deck with retractable awning, outdoor dining space with barbecue, heated pool, and tennis court. Located moments from Sammy's Beach and as well local shops and restaurants.

Mature hardwoods and English Garden-style landscaping welcome you as you succumb to the peace and quiet of this contemporary oasis. Located in East Hampton, this 3500 square-foot, five bedroom, five and a half bath home comfortably sleeps twelve and offers an open layout that basks in natural light. Once you arrive, you will have little desire to leave, since everything you need for your dream vacation stay is within reach.

Each room has been thoughtfully appointed with Crate and Barrel furnishings, linens. and decor. The vanilla colored sectional sofa easily seats eight, with additional leather-strap chairs and Mohave-print pouf seating available for four more, all of which is situated within an expansive living room with double-height vaulted ceilings. A wood fireplace is available for the chillier evenings, and a 75-inch 4K Samsung Ultra-Smart TV - one of seven in the home - is mounted above for the optimal home entertainment experience.

The kitchen has been newly-equipped with Stainless steel LG - 24.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator , top-of-the-line utensils and cookware suitable for even the most discerning of chefs, cocktail aficionados and wine connoisseurs. You will delight in the Cuisinart toaster, programmable coffee maker, and ice cream maker, Kitchenaid blender and mixers, and all one would ever need to prepare and cook a gourmet meal.
The home is child friendly, with a designated arts and crafts playroom that is fully stocked with supplies, and easel, and colorful artwork and furniture. There are twin beds in the third bedroom, along with a 55-inch smart television.

Awesome little oasis close beaches and town. The owner/property manager were super responsive. It’s clear that resources have gone into updating and improving the home over last few years. I would stay again.

Lovely house - very much in the woods and nicely secluded. We had a slight problem with getting into the house after the first day as the electronic keypad's battery had run down, but this wasn't an issue once we contacted the manager of the house as he then directed us to use a key.Everything was lovely and comfortable for our stay.Very much to be recommended.

Excellent Stay Beautiful Home

My family and I had and excellent stay at this beautiful, well, kept home. The pool, tennis court , and new outdoor shower as well as the BBQ made it perfect for our family. The location was conveniently located close to East Hampton Town and beaches and Sag Harbor, but the house itself was so private and quiet and situated on a beautiful property.Thanks so much to George and Iris for hosting us!

Great Stay on Dongan Way!

Had a great 10 Day stay at George’s home with my wife and another couple. The residence is exactly as described and by far one of the best homes I’ve rented. The outdoor amenities are well maintained and a great value. The house is also very to everywhere in the area you could want to visit, we spent no more than 15m traveling by car. We had a little trouble with the wifi and A/C but George responded promptly and helped us resolve quickly. Would 10/10 recommend this place.

Great choice for family vacation!

This property near East Hampton has a lot of offer a group. First, there are six bedrooms including two that are more private - one floor up or one floor down. Most have their own bathroom too. The kitchen is more than amply equipped with Crate and Barrel plates - and plenty of cookware. There is a wonderful large back porch and large pool plus an outside shower. The deck is an unfinished wood - the owner reminds you to wear sandals. There is also a retractable awning outside to block the sun or rain and still sit outside. The main room has a large TV that can be attached to a device. The owner is very responsive to requests and concerns.

Summer Fun!

This was our second stay at this house and we loved it more than the first time. The appliances are brand new and they have added a Peloton. The house is extremely clean, well equipped, and comfy for hanging out with friends and family. We played a lot of tennis and hung by the pool. The location, near Sag and East Hampton is Perfect. We highly recommend this house!!!

Second time is a charm

This was our second year staying here. The house works great for us. We love the location. Everyone was able to work from the house when it was necessary. Iris and George are very easy to work with, and quickly responded to anything we needed. The set is up is great. Pool and tennis right at your fingertips.

Fabulous Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at the property. The house was clean, very well organized and had everything that we needed. The pool and tennis court made our stay after having mornings and early afternoons at the beach we’d finish the late afternoon by the pool and play tennis. The ideal location where we felt secluded enough but with quick easy access to everything we needed. Coordinating with the property managers was very easy and they were very responsive. We will stay again and look forward to coming back. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great family vacation

The property was just as advertised. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors and very well appointed. Kudos to the owners for having literally every item labeled for convenience! The check out rules were a bit “firm” but we managed to follow all of them. Great house, great owners and an awesome overall experience.

We had a wonderful 3 weeks.

This was a perfect house for my husband and I, and our two adult children. It’s well equipped. We loved the location, Especially being close to town and Sag Harbor. The house sits on a beautiful piece of property. It was very quiet. We enjoyed having a tennis court at our finger tips. Iris and George were always quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect house for family vacation

We had a wonderful week taking advantage of this well-equipped house , with everything we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen and barbecue on the deck, taking advantage of swimming in the heated pool (which gets great sun) , playing tennis and basketball on their great court, spreading out in the spacious living room, and traveling to local sites on the shore including beaches, golf, and winery. We used the kids playroom every morning for our 10 month old grandson. A couple of us used their Peleton bike. Outdoor shed was good for storing our own bikes. Need to investigate beach parking passes ahead of time if this is important to you. Would definitely come back again !!!

Beautiful home for a wonderful week getaway

We have stayed at many Vrbo properties and this is the best equipped, organized and well kept properties we have ever stayed at. The pool, the house, the grounds and the tennis court made for a fun filled, beautiful stay in the Hamptons. A short drive from town and the beach. George and Iris were great hosts. Great getaway

Property was very clean and the large den was perfect for all 7 of us to relax and hang out on a rainy day. The kitchen was very organized and had every cooking utensil you could need and then some! Owners very responsive.

Great house for the whole family

We loved our 10 days staying at this house!! The house is large and spacious with great hang out areas and the location is convenient. The back deck with pool and tennis court is perfect. Our 27 year old sons and their girlfriends joined us for the extended week and we spent lots of time hanging out by the pool or playing tennis. The kitchen is also great and is very well equipped. I would recommend this house to anyone. Also, the property manager is extremely responsive and very attentive.

Great house! Five couples!

The house is fantastic! They thought of everything. The kitchen has all required pots, pans, silverware, glassware, bar ware; the house is equipped with phone charging stations, towels, etc...they thought of everything. Alexa is in every room and most of the rooms have TVs...only had to either share a bathroom between two rooms or use the basement shower...3 rooms equipped with own bathroom. Bring your tennis racquets and enjoy the tennis...the pool has a couple of floats and noodles. Large outside gathering area AND large inside gathering area...we could all eat at the inside or outside table...we played cards and other games around the table....most spent the day in the pool or playing lawn games...we enjoyed shopping in Sag Harbor, East Hampton, and Amagansett. Nice ride across two ferries to Greenport for additional shopping; better prices than East Hampton...boating and fishing in Sag Harbor and Montauk. Had a great time and would highly recommend...I’ll be back!
