they have very old appliances and the bathtub fills up when you’re taking a shower. Very old-fashioned bedrooms, but nice staff.

Outside of our room was filled with hotel furniture and other scraps. Inside was filled with mold, from the moisture in the air that you could smell but also see on walls, closets, bathrooms, bowing ceiling tiles. FILTHINESS everywhere. We saw some when we stopped there late in night to stop driving and sleep. No more rooms so we accepted it til we woke up in the morning and saw just how bad it was with lighting. Then at breakfast the woman employee walking around in there would take the paper plates that you grab out of your hand to ensure there was only one. I legit watched her take from people and try myself but i had informed her i am giving my kids plates. She would not let you touch the pancake maker and took over making anyones in there that wanted one but grunted and rolled her eyes if you wanted one lol. Dmonitired guests food, Very quick to tell you that you will be kicked out at 9:30 when breakfast ended, while finishing your food. And no one was available at the desk, on purpose to raise these issues to, even when Expedia tried to reach them.

When enter the hotel it smells like cigarettes The room had a musty smell it’s a good thing I brought with me Lysol I had the take a towel and put it under the room for the odor not to get in the room

Unpleasant experience

I booked my stay weeks in advance, expecting decent accommodations, but unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The worst part? Guests who booked the same day they checked in were given renovated, cleaner rooms — while my family and I were stuck in a room that smelled moldy and humid. We barely got any sleep due to the unbearable conditions. It’s extremely unfair and unacceptable. We definitely did not get our money’s worth. Never again!

Too expensive for what it offers.

The beds were very clean. The room was not remodeled. It needs at least to be painted. The bathroom door did not close easy. The property is not clean. Open garbage near the building. Other garbage staff not removed from the property. I do not recommend the hotel for staying. Hotels.com should not advertise such hotel.
