Hot tub operational between Memorial Day and Columbus Day.

Here is an amazing perch overlooking Town Cove in Eastham. You can use the property provided three kayaks and two paddleboards to explore Town Cove, a protected calm salt water inlet. You could even kayak over to the back side of Nauset Beach for the day! After time on the beach, return to rinse off salt and sand in your choice of three outdoor showers, two of them enclosed. You'll probably spend the evening on the large deck mesmerized by the sweeping views of the cove and Nauset Beach beyond. Fire up either or both of the gas grills and dine alfresco at the good-sized deck table with umbrella. Maybe later you'll opt to luxuriate in the hot tub or gather around the gas fire pit and wait for the stars to shine.

Also highly appealing: the location is only a few minutes' drive from the restaurants, shops, galleries, ice cream, bike trails and Cape Cod League Baseball offered in Orleans Village.

Beautifully renovated, the property's 4,600+ square feet interior is just what you hope for in a Cape Cod waterfront home – open concept kitchen, dining and living room for a very roomy, cheery feel with stunning water views from practically everywhere. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could want or need. It features a large center island with a gas range top and high boy seating for four. You have a large smart TV in the living room and if you choose to dine inside, you don't give up much of anything in the view.

The lower level of the home offers three bedrooms and also has amazing water views. There's the king master suite with a large TV and private full bath with his and her vanities. A second bedroom on this level has a comfy queen size bed, and the third room has twins. There's a second full bath shared by those last two bedrooms. There's also a sleep sofa which can sleep two more guests for a total of 10.

An apartment is accessed through a separate entrance and features an entire discrete living and sleeping space, including a queen size bed, full bath plus half bath, another TV lounge, a delightful sunroom and a second fully outfitted kitchen. This is a great place for those seeking their own private space but also adjoins the rest of the house.

The home has central air conditioning, cable/smart TVs, and high-speed WIFI.

Great Place to Celebrate my 75th Birthday with Family

Beautiful home with well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed using the kayak and paddle boards that were provided. Also made use of the hot tub and fire pit. The home was well decorated and convenient to local grocery stores and restaurants. The view of the Cove was spectacular, with plenty of large windows in the house to relax with a cup of coffee or glass or wine and enjoy the view. I would definitely recommend this property to others who are interested in a great getaway. Few thing that I would recommend, would be to spray the poison Ivy around the kayak area and to provide shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. I rented a home from VRBO in Carmel CA where it was provided. It's a high-end home and for the price should be provided. Also, they property management cleaning crew needs to make sure that the garbage in the kitchen is removed when cleaning in preparation for the next renter. Like I said before I would highly recommend this home.

Nice place for a family reunion

The property, including the accompanying apartment, was lovely and comfortable. Despite its proximity to Route 6, its very, very quiet. We enjoyed using the kayaks and SUPs to explore the water, though access from the dock can be difficult: there are no steps to the water, so you just have to jump in and climb back up however you can. There were plenty of spots indoors and out to gather or sneak away for a little respite. The hot tub was a nice plus—and was clean. The two kitchens were among the best appointed we've ever seen. Linens are provided but some more throw blankets would have been appreciated. There are a few nonworking outlets here and there that will make you think your electronics have died or that your charging cables aren't working, as well as a couple of toilets are hooked up to hot water rather than cold, but these are minor annoyances. I emailed the property company a photo of loose toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms and let them know that one of the toilets was running constantly, but didn't hear back. All in all, a good time was had by all in very pleasant house in a great location.

Cape Cod

Beautiful home with a big kitchen, which is what we needed for our family. Close to everything and the hot tub, kayaks, and paddle boards got a lot of use. Check in and out was easy. The drawback to the property is the amount of cleaning you are required to do before leaving. For the amount that the house is renting for, that should be included. Those requirements were not in the initial listing and I didn’t receive all the details until close to traveling. I would not have rented this property had I known before hand about all the rules and requirements to rent the home.

Lovely home for a great cape vacation

Fantastic summer home, especially for a larger family. Between the main house and separate apartment, everything was in tip-top shape with plenty of room to spread out. The home seems to have just been renovated with two awesome kitchens, lovely master bath, and multiple lounging spaces for that time when the parents want space from the teenagers. We really enjoyed the open plan on the main floor of the house. It was easy to have separate activities going on between the dining table, the sun porch, the living room TV area and the kitchen island. We really enjoyed the outside decks and made heavy use of the grill and hot tub. We loved the dock and small deck by the water and made heavy use of the 3 sea kayaks. The home came with beach chairs which was really handy for our beach outings and visit to the Wellfleet drive-in. The house has great views across Orleans Cove which you’ll never get tired of and is in an excellent location midway between Chatham and Wellfleet. Easy access to the mid and outer cape by car. For biking, the house is very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail although you do need to cross Rt. 6 to get there. Every day we explored the bike trail and other areas from Brewster to Chatham and all the way up to Truro. Minutes from all the kinds of places one wants on the cape from mini-golf, fried seafood, ice cream galore, awesome beaches (really loved Marconi, Coast Guard and First Encounter beaches). Side note, we highly recommend taking surfing lessons at Marconi! I can’t end this review without saying how fantastic the Pretty Picky team was at responding to our every need. When one deck umbrella took to the wind a new one was delivered within 30 minutes. They are a top notch outfit that epitomizes service with a smile!
