Beautiful vacation home in the popular harbor Øer Maritime Ferieby. The house is situated on a plot surrounded by water on 3 sides, therefore the sun can shine here unhindered all day. Especially in the evening you have a charming sight. The apartment is nice and homely, the rooms are very bright and from all rooms you have a view of the water and the surroundings. Øer Maritime Ferieby is located about 5 km south of Ebeltoft. Nearby is also the golf course of Ebeltoft, a short drive away you will meet other courses. The vacation park offers many recreational facilities, including a sports hall, an indoor swimming pool and playgrounds, soccer and paddle courts. Neighbor of D04266.

Super dejligt hus i fantastiske omgivelser. Genialt til den aktive familie.Masser af gode muligheder for smukke gå - og løbeture lige udenfor døren.Og masser af muligheder for sportsaktiviteter - også om vinteren.Badminton, padel og ikke mindst fin svømmehal.Dejlig restaurant på området ,med god mad til absolut rimelige priser.

Ein tolles, sehr hygge eingerichtetes, sauberes Haus, Wir waren dort als Familie,2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 9+13 Jahre. Wir konnten gegen kleines Entgeld die Sportmöglichkeiten wie Schwimmhalle und Badmington nutzen, Fittness und Fußball waren umsonst. Der Strand für herbstliche Spaziergänge war 15 Minuten entfernt, die Region Djursland bietet auuch sonst viele Ausflugmöglichkeiten, Schloss Gammel Estrup ist sehr zu empfehlen.Wir haben durch Zufall die Woche erwischt, in der in Ebrltoft, der der Ferienunterkunft nahen Stadt, das Ebelfestival stattgefunden hat. Eine ganze Woche lang ein Stadtfest rund um den Apfel. Stark.In Ebeltoft bitte das Kulturzentrum Maltfabrikken besuchen.In Punkto Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Shopping alles im Überluss vorhanden :DWenn es bei und zeitlich passt, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Ein Ferienhaus welches wir gerne empfehlen.

Ein Ferienhaus welches wir gerne empfehlen. Es ist schön eingerichtet, eine komplette Küche mit allem was dazu gehört, für die Personenzahl fehlt vielleicht ein zweiter großer Topf. Allein die Lage des Hauses ist schon besonders, man schaut direkt auf den Hafen mit all seinen Booten. Die gesamte Anlage macht einen guten und gepflegten Eindruck.Die Schlafzimmer waren gut eigerichtet, man konnte seine Sachen gut in den vorhandenen Schränken aufheben. Das Badezimmer hat ein bisschen zu wenig Abstellflächen und Haken für die Handtücher. Wir waren rundherum zu frieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Sauberkeit des Hauses war beeindruckend, (macht bitte weiter so, und daran denken auch unter dem Sofa müsste schon mal der Staubsauger spazieren geführt werden, dort lagen noch Hundeleckerchen von einem Vorgänger.Wir werden das Haus wieder buchen wenn wir in die Gegend von Ebeltoft kommen.

Et meget hyggelig sted.

Et meget hyggelig sted. Flott leilighet med inngjerdet hage og tillatt med hund. Noe minus for vond sofa å sitte i. Sengene var heller ikke komfortable. Litt spindelvev oppi krinkler og kroker, men totalt en flott opplevelse.
