Welcome to your Lake Barkley getaway! Newly renovated in 2026, this 1 acre waterfront home is made for easy lake days and slow evenings.

The lot is near flat. It's an easy stroll to your private dock, boat slip, and jet ski port. Free to use: 1 tandem adult kayak, 2 youth kayaks, and a paddle board. A big rental savings!

Inside, dive into the game room with a 75 inch TV and 10,000+ game retro arcade, brew a cup at the coffee bar, and relax on the porch swings with the lake in view. Sleeps 9, and up to 2 pups.

The house
Barkley Lakefront is a modern Victorian-style home sitting right on the water. It features intricate woodwork, from the staircase and trim to the detail on the posts, updated with everything a group actually needs. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps 9.

Flat walk to the water
The lot is flat to the lake. No stairs, no steep bank, no hauling coolers down a hill. You walk out the back door and you are at the private dock in about a minute. On this stretch of Lake Barkley that is rare, and it is the thing our guests notice first. Fish off the dock, swim off it, tie up for the week!

Main floor
The kitchen, dining room, and living room open into each other, so whoever is cooking is still part of the conversation. The kitchen is stocked for real meals, not just reheating, with a Keurig coffee machine and a drip coffee maker on the counter. A full bathroom is on this floor.

Porches
The screened porch, with an outdoor sectional and hammock bed, is where most people end up. Morning coffee, cards after dinner, lake breeze, no bugs. The open porches are deep, so there is shade somewhere on the house at every hour of the day.

Game room
75" Roku TV! A full arcade cabinet loaded with 10,000+ classic games, plus room to sit and play. 4-player NBA jam retro arcade. Pop-a-shot indoor baseketball. It is the first place the kids find and the last place they leave.

Outside
A firepit ringed with 8 Adirondack chairs for the evening, and picnic tables for eating outside when the weather is right. 2 youth kayaks, a tandem kayak, and a stand-up paddleboard are included and ready to go. Cornhole and yard games are in the deck box on the back porch.

Close to Prizer Point Marina
Prizer Point Marina is about 5 minutes away, so you can rent a pontoon or boat for the day even if you did not bring a boat, and grab a meal on the water while you are there. Rent a jet ski from Moon River Marina 12 minutes away. Land Between the Lakes is 30 minutes out.

Good to know
Self check-in with a keypad, so arrive whenever your day allows. Washer and dryer on site. Fiber optic Wi-Fi throughout. The boat lift is not available for use. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. Please add them to your Vrbo reservation, if your pups are joining!
