This house offers 3 spacious bedrooms with convenient one floor living. The large living room features comfortable furnishings, a large window provides wonderful light, custom built in cabinets and a large TV with high definition cable and WiFi.

The bright kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space, is well equipped and features new granite counters and appliances. The eating area seats six and has a tv. There is a half bath off of the kitchen. The living room and kitchen each have separate air conditioning. The dining room features custom cabinetry and a large dining table.

The primary bedroom is bright and airy and has a queen-sized bed, two closets and a TV. Bedroom number 2 has two twin beds and three closets. Bedroom number 3 has a queen bed and one closet. All bedrooms have linens and air conditioners with separate controls. The full tiled bath is equipped with new fixtures and all towels.

Outside in the quiet and private back yard, there is a patio with propane grill, outdoor eating and seating. There is an outdoor shower just off of the patio.
The location in the historic district is a convenient walk to downtown shopping and restaurants, harbor, and offers easy access to bikepaths. The attached garage provides shelter for your bikes and beach gear. There is a clothes washer and dryer in the attached garage, and an additional washer and dryer in the basement.

Beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are included.

The location of this house allows for a short 5–10 minute stroll to downtown and the harbor. The are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. There's no need to spend time looking for a parking space when venturing out to downtown Edgartown.

Transferrable car tickets for the ferry are available for the week of July 18 - July 25, 2026

Edgartown Perfection

The house is very close to town - you can walk to get ice cream at scoops and get home before it’s melted. And yet. You’re far enough from town to feel the peaceful calm that Edgartown offers. The sound of church bells / the sea breeze / flower lined streets. If you need a vacation - look no further.

Relaxing and Perfect!

We spent 4th of July week in Stuart's lovely house with our 2 young adult children. The house is spacious, open, airy with natural light, and very comfortable. Everyone had their own room. It is located mere blocks from the center of Edgartown in a charming, historic neighborhood, and a 7 minute drive to beautiful South Beach. So easy and convenient! Our host provided everything we needed in the house which was clean and well organized. He was a great resource for any questions and offered suggestions on how to work the complicated system of travel on the ferry with a car. He is friendly and available. We can't wait to return next summer!

Lovely Experience

We had a very nice time at Stuart’s property. The house location is walking distance to downtown, but on a quiet beautiful street with a private backyard. The beds and living room were comfortable and the house was very clean. Stuart was responsive and friendly. We loved the outdoor shower. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

The location is perfect. The house is very comfortable. If we didn’t need to get home we never would have wanted to leave. You have a quiet in town location but are close enough to get ice cream cones and bring them home before it all melts. Don’t miss out on this awesome rental.
