Charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home w/ wraparound veranda on one acre of land.

Located on one acre of land said to host a pirates camp in 1703. The Indian River can be seen from the front yard with access to 4 large boat ramps and a fishing dock 2 blocks away. Ponce Inlet is 5 miles up river and access to the Atlantic Ocean. 4 miles to New Smyrna Beach and Flagler Avenue. A Bait shop is 2 house away. Great Deli around the corner. Local lore says pirates escaping the British frigates after raiding the towns along the Carolina's turn into Ponce Inlet which was Spanish territory until 1815. The British ship could not go as far south as Edgewater for fear of running aground or capture.

The whole house was perfect for a group of 6!! Plenty of parking, newly renovated, and convenient access to boat ramp and very close to anywhere you want to venture out to.

Fantastic place to stay

There were six adults on this visit. The three bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The house was clean and well organized. The kitchen appears to be all new. The beds were comfortable. There were absolutely no complaints about this property. Fred, our host was pleasant and available for check in time.

We spent holiday weekend at this place, the boat ramp is walking distance which made it great for us. The Host was amazing, I've stayed in few places, this host by far is the best. Home is super cute/nice inside. AC was very cold, beds were comfortable. We will stay again when boating in this area. Thank you Fred for making our little get away a pleasure. Merry
