Welcome to Holder Guesthouse! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath - 2 story townhouse style home is brand new and the perfect getaway for a small family. The master bedroom has a comfy King Sized bed with walk in closet, private balcony and an en-suite bathroom complete with beautiful clawfoot tub. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and have smart TVs with WiFi. A queen size sleeper sofa w/foam mattress is available downstairs in the living room. Guests also have a private patio with bar & seating area and access to the main backyard oasis where there is a pool, hot tub, gas firepit and propane BBQ grill.

Great Experience

Great Property & Pool

Loved the property. It was very large and out of Dallas. We loved the pool and outdoor area! Ashlee was awesome and very helpful. We had a 5 generation family get together and we all really enjoyed our stay. The only small issue was the beds weren't super comfy, but it was no big deal.

Awesome house!

We really enjoyed our stay. This house has everything you need to enjoy your trip to Canton or even just a quick get away. The pool area is beautiful and just what we needed at the end of our shopping. Thank you Ashley for making our trip delightful!

Loved it!

Ashlee was the perfect host. She met us immediatly and showed us around. The kitchen was the best stocked of any I have stayed in. The pool and outdoor area was extremly nice, plenty of room for everyone. Even having Ashlee on property was amazing. We never even heard or saw them! The home is so charming, loved that they kept the old look instead of trying to modernize it. The bedrooms were spaciuos and the bathtubs were amazing! Loved the arches! And the cabinets in the upstairs bathroom were a delight to explore!

Well Accommodated

Ashley and her husband were great hosts during a super busy time in their lives. The house was well accommodated and Ashley kept in communication with us to ensure all our needs were met. Water pressure was a bit low but it’s an old house and we had 11 people. The coffee bar was great and we were provided a goodie basket during our stay. We paid extra t have the pool and hot tub heated. Our adult kids stayed up late enjoying the hot tub and they appreciated it. It was nice as some had come out of state (from Alaska), just hope we weren’t too loud!

Beautiful home, large for 16 guests, 3 generations of all girls, we all enjoyed the time there.

Like they say you pay for what you get, I wanted to make sure the place we rented was nice & especially having a large group & also bringing our mom with us, that she be comfortable & IT WAS, everyone enjoyed the time there & the pool was a hit with all the teenagers & our 2 little ones. We used the grill & enjoyed the time together! Ashlee was very nice & she would help us out when we needed something or had a question. Thank you Ashlee for opening your home to us.

We enjoyed our stay w/ the family. The pool/ outdoor area was the highlight of our stay. Very enjoyable!! Ashlee the house manger was super sweet and very attentive. However, the house is an older home and could use some TLC.

Much Need Getaway

Great place to Stay !

This was an amazing place to stay ! We were there enjoying family and being with our daughter right before her wedding. The owner, Ashlee, was extremely nice and was always available when we needed her. I would highly recommend staying here.
