I stayed at your hotel recently and unfortunately had several issues that made the experience disappointing:
1. When I checked in, the blanket, sheets, and pillows in both rooms were damp. I called the front desk, and instead of sending someone, I was told to bring everything back myself. I had to carry blankets and pillows for two bedrooms back and forth — twice.
2. After I replaced the bedding, I requested to keep using my room but continue receiving housekeeping. Despite staying for five days, I never received housekeeping even once. I even called the front desk after the second day to report this, but nothing was done.
3. The phone in my room had no signal. I reported it, but it was never fixed throughout my stay.
4. Lastly, both rooms had a strong musty/moldy smell, which was unpleasant from the beginning.
Based on this experience, I will likely choose a different hotel for my next trip.
