An excellent stay and well worth the extra! Staff were helpful and friendly without having to ask things were done for you. Pool and gym was a great space, rooms were comfortable and homely. The hotel had a lovely feel an atmosphere that you didn't want to leave.

From reception at the front door as the limo pulled up ..there were two bellmen outside opening the car door and escorting us to the front desk where reception and check in was friendly and seamless. Rooms well appointed and spotless. Service was excellent throughout our visit. Concierge stepped up to help with a problem and were always one step ahead. Baba bar ..Leon thé bartender attentive friendly and recommended thé perfect wine to pair with the appie we ordered. Location was perfect. Highly recommend

I loved staying at The Kimpton! Zoe was so warm and helpful! We took advantage of the amenities like Plant Pal, having them arrange transportation for us, the loaner Strathberry bag, and they have an amazing list of wellness options like the TheraGun (which my lower back needed after 2 solid days walking the whole of Edinburgh). We would absolutely stay again.

Loved this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel staff were great. The design was superb and the location was excellent. I enjoyed borrowing a Strathberry purse for my stay as well as the plant buddy. I ate once at the restaurant in the hotel Baba and it was excellent. There is a nearby Pret if you want to get a modestly priced breakfast.
