I loved my stay at the Malmaison. My suite was quite spectacular and super clean and comfy. The hotel's location is perfect. Most of all though, as an older woman traveling solo, I appreciated very much the friendliness and thoughtfulness of the staff. They made me feel at home and cared about. Thank you.

Property is nice, great location. Staff was superb. Only negatives were that the room had very low lighting, and getting to our room requred many stairs getting to the elevator, we had a lot of luggage. Can't say enough about the staff, they were great

lovely hotel in a fabulous centeral location.

nice hotel. not good for wheelchairs due to multiple stairs in the old building. rooms have ac but the pillows were shocking. pancakes would a suitable description. nice breakfast option's and chic bar with loads of drink options. best feature for us was the location. ideal for a central base.

Spacious room with a big fluffy bed and a great rain forest shower. The hotel is build up on multiple levels in a renovated old building and done up in contemporary, reimagined traditional decor. In a pleasant area of town near to a variety of eateries and only about a ten minute walk to the Old Town and Royal Mile. Gordon and the rest of the staff were lovely.

Absolutely loved staying here! Just a shame that it was only for one night and for work. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful; the room was amazing - spacious, clean and with all of the amenities (including an iron in the room); and breakfast was SO good! So many hot and cold options to choose from (my salmon and scrambled eggs were delicious). Will definitely come back ... thoroughly recommend.
