It was very comfortable and clean. They had a discount on breakfast if you joined them and also a discount on parking. It was super close to the trams and had a krispy crème, kfc, and lots of shopping options across the street. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was convenient for transport as it's only a few minutes walk to Edinburgh Park Tram Station and also walking distance to Hermiston Gait where Tesco, and a few shops are situated. The staff is very accommodating - we arrived early and though we could not check in yet, they stored our bags so we can enjoy our time in Edinburgh.

This is a fantastic satellite hotel, with easy access to downtown Edinburgh and Edinburgh Airport. My wife and I loved this location. An all-day tram/bus pass gets you into the city center within 15 minutes. Trams are very frequent and super reliable, from/to the city or airport. We ditched the crowds and expensive city hotels. Every morning we had terrific breakfasts at Costa coffee, directly across the street in a small mall, adjacent to the tram station. ALDI is there too. We also hopped a train on ScotsRail and spent a day in Glasgow, The train station is adjacent to the tram. The hotel is first class with all the amenities one might need. The rooms are spacious, modern and well thought out. Sauna & steam room, pool, parking 8£ per day if you sign up with Accor Hotels (no charge). You might guess by now, I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel, and we saved $ doing so. PS. They have a fantastic breakfast offering, but we chose to spend 10£ for 2 at Costa, rather than 40£ for 2 at Novotel.

What a conveniently placed hotel, Nr the airport, Nr the trams and near the railway station. So you can get into Edinburgh easily, or upto Stirling and other areas in the highlands. Well proportioned rooms, well equipped, the only comment, why is there no power outlet on left side of the bed?

Terrible staff…

The service at the hotel is appalling. Arrived at the room and clearly the AC wasn’t functioning. Went to the front desk 2 times. One to say the AC wasn’t working. And another, 45mins later, to reconfirm it wasn’t working and to ask for another room so I’d not have to bother to unpack. They sent a tech person that only looked at the control and said “it’s working”. To which I replied: it’s the temperature in the room that you can see proves that it isn’t. The room is hot! And the AC is set to the min of 18C and it’s not cooling. Reply from the tech: “if you want cool air open the window”. I went to the front desk again and asked for another room and to report the incident. They said they’d provide fans… I gave up…
