Relax and unwind in this unique ground-floor flat with a private patio and garden. Nestled on the edge of Edinburgh, it offers easy access to both the city and nature. A convenient bus stop right outside will take you to the heart of Edinburgh's city centre in just 30 minutes, while the beautiful Pentland Hills are nearby for scenic walks and breathtaking views.
This residential area is only a 10 minute bus ride to vibrant Morningside and Bruntsfield where you will find a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars.
You will find an open plan kitchen and living space, two bedrooms - one with a king bed and one with a double bed - and a bathroom in this uniquely decorated space where you will have full and private access.
[EXCLUDING AIRBNB] Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term let regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
