The living room is complete with a large three person couch, and a second two seater, perfect for relaxing nights in with your loved ones. The kitchen provides plenty of space for guests who enjoy cooking together. With the family sized dining table and chairs also, guests can relax with ease in this spacious, homely environment.

Both the master bedroom and the second double are filled with natural light, wooden furniture and tasteful art. The cosy single bedroom is perfect for any additional guests, or for children. Each of these bedrooms are complete with comfortable beds with quality hotel style linen.

Guests staying at this apartment have access to the utility room for washing and hanging up clothes. This is the perfect spot for any additional storage needs, allowing visitors to pack away their bags and fully settle in to this beautiful Morningside home.

* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. Get in contact with us asap and we'll get you back in the property as quickly as we can.
We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
* Travel coat available on request (additional fees), Please note that bedding is not included.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
