We had a NYE plan in this part of Edmonton and had intended to drive back to Leduc that evening. However, weather had turned to freezing rain and we decided very last minute to check for availability at a near by hotel. This hotel was a great price and very comfortable. Check in was easy.

very unpleasant night. a guy yelling in his room for 4 hours from 3:30 a.m to 6:30 a.m both nights . and dog poop in the hall ways . we called the front desk both nights. staff or security didn’t seem to do anything.
