I had ordered food from A&W to be delivered to the hotel. It was late so night shift was working. I ordered around 2am, and by the time the food was delivered was probably around 4am. I got a notification on my phone it had arrived however I dozed off but only for about half an hour. Once I realized my food was at the front desk I went down and asked for my food delivery. The front desk worker (he) said my boyfriend took it. I checked in alone and was travelling due to work. I informed him that I am alone and that no one came with me nor came afterwards. He then said “oh well, I don’t know what to say.” Not very impressed with the personal working night shift

The staff were extremely unfriendly and never greeted guests upon entry. Even when we encountered staff inside the building, no one offered a greeting. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and despite not placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, the room was not cleaned. I mentioned this to the front desk, but I did not receive any apology at all. When I asked for extra towels, the staff responded with an indifferent attitude and brought them only after a long wait. Throughout the entire interaction, I never once heard an apology from her. The amenities were also very limited—only soap and shampoo were provided. This is a motel that clearly needs proper management training and staff education
