Definitely need more workers for the vast amount of people who come through this Hotel. Line ups talk to front desk personnel , or getting into the elevators when only one or two out of the four are working. Other than that always a good time! Highly recommended!

The ability to easily get to and from hotel room was awful (elevator) and was numerous issues with key cards, phones not working, etc
