The front staff went above and beyond to make the trip such an easy stay. After being stuck here from air canada we were treated so good and it made the stress that much easier. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone who is looking!

The restaurant had a varied menu and our supper was delicious and the breakfast we got at the time we booked was amazing. The wait staff was very friendly both in the evening and morning. Every thing was clean and fresh smelling. Housekeeping was very quick to respond to our request for extra towels and coffee cup for the third person in our party.

On August.9th checked in and room 207 was a brothel of room. I had a child in my room woke up from extremely loud female noise. It was horrible and very inappropriate especially for a kid to hear. It was from midnight to 8am and it feels like some sort of prostitution going on in the room.

As an elder, it’s very hard to shower with the tub. Be nice to have walk in showers. Love it being so close to loved ones at U of A. Oh and the other thing is, would be nice to know you get a discount if someone is in the hospital. If there was I didn’t see it. Just saying
