Room we stayed in, the plug ins didn’t work. The night manager said he’d give us a 10% discount and I said okay. Come check out the next day the lady on duty told me that they wouldnt give me a discount because I had booked through a different site. Not impressed.

Staff are terrific. Very friendly and professional. The facility overall is clean and tidy but in need of a refresh. Furniture and floors are worn and have seen better days. However, beds are nice and firm and great for sleeping. Hotel is conveniently located near the airport with a very handy shuttle.

The beds were terrible The hotel was outdated The elevator sounded like it was going to break I cancelled our return booking to another hotel within 5 minutes of checking into this hotel.

When I arrived on the night of the 29th around 11:30pm , the front desk staff member was extremely rude. He yelled at me after realizing I didn’t have a credit card, even though I provided an online debit card recently issued by banks. His exact words were, “I’m not going to use something that is just online or paper,” even though the card clearly showed my name and l explained him how it works. The next morning, I realized I was missing one of my earbuds. When I asked him about it, he told me that someone had thrown it in the garbage,which could have been him. I ended up picking my earbud out of the trash. Items like this should be placed in lost and found, not the garbage. Overall, I felt completely unwelcome throughout my stay. The behavior I experienced was unprofessional and discriminatory. I will never return.

I absolutely loved to see the bathroom products to be non toxic. Everything was clean and even the pillows where not huge and too fluffy to sleep on like other hotels. We will definitely choose thos hotel again.

I remember staying at the Hampton with excellent feather pillows and nice duvet. Rooms need updating. Carpet old and doesn’t want to make you take your shoes off. Needs replacing
