It started as a garage suite. We thought it deserved to be a little cooler than that.

Pretty Cool Suite is a brand-new, design-forward guest house in King Edward Park. The bright open-concept space features a king bed, stylish lounge, oversized Smart TV, private balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with gas range.

Coffee lovers are covered too, with Breville espresso, Nespresso and drip coffee. Add a beautiful rainfall shower and you have a pretty cool place to stay.

We want you to feel at home and enjoy the space as your own. Self check-in and a private entrance make arrival easy, and we’ll give you your privacy throughout your stay.

Located in King Edward Park, a quiet, established central Edmonton neighbourhood close to some of the city’s best spots. Explore the trails and greenery of nearby Mill Creek Ravine, head to Whyte Avenue and Old Strathcona for restaurants, cafés and nightlife, or make the quick trip downtown.

It’s a great home base for experiencing Edmonton while still having a quiet residential neighbourhood to come home to.

The entire suite and private balcony are yours during your stay. Pretty Cool Suite is a completely self-contained guest house located above a detached garage, with its own private entrance and self check-in.

Please note that the suite is on the second floor and is accessed by stairs.

A bright, private studio designed to feel more like a boutique stay than a typical guest suite. You’ll have a queen bed, lounge area, oversized Smart TV, full kitchen with gas range and dishwasher, dining/workspace for two and a private balcony.

The bathroom features a tiled rainfall shower, handheld shower, illuminated mirror and quality bath products. There’s also a dedicated coffee bar with Breville espresso, Nespresso and drip coffee.

Getting around is easy from this central location. You’ll have convenient access to Whyte Avenue, 75 Street, Connors Road and Edmonton’s major routes.

Public transit is available nearby, with Valley Line LRT service from the Bonnie Doon area. Mill Creek Ravine and Edmonton’s River Valley trail network also make the area great for walking, running and cycling.

Pretty Cool Suite is a private guest house located above a detached garage on a residential property. It is completely self-contained with its own entrance and private balcony.

The suite is accessed by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Driveway parking available, no access to lower garage space. As we’re in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we ask that guests keep noise to a respectful level, particularly when enjoying the balcony in the evening.
