✦ Complementary WiFi, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with new appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
✦ EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are strict on our check-in and check-out times as it takes a long time to clean and get the property ready for the next guest. We allow for 1 hour flexibility. ✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews may be required to pay a $250 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

✦ Do not tamper with any fire alarms, smoke detectors, or security cameras on the property. These devices are in place for everyone’s safety. If any are found to be tampered with or disabled, a minimum $100 call-out fee will be charged to inspect and reset the system.
✦ The maximum occupancy on this property is 6 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person/per night.
✦ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
