Discover this quality 5-bedroom house in Edwards. With three king beds, a two full beds, and a bunk bed, it comfortably welcomes families or groups. Four 1/2 bathrooms include features like a jetted bathtub and refreshing showers. There is a wraparound deck on main level with fire pit and Weber gas grille. Spa on patio downstairs with an additional fire pit. Gas fireplace in main floor living room. Big mountain views from main living area, dining room, kitchen and deck. Kitchen has Wolf gas cooktop, Sub Zero fridge and Decor microwave and opens to LR, DR, deck and mountain views. Also has cute sitting area with TV. Primary bedroom with a/c on main floor features jetted tub and large shower and cabinets in the closet. 3 bedrooms and bunk room downstairs with walkout family room to spa, fire pit and stone patio. Each bedroom has a lovely tub/shower combo and bunk room shares a bath with bedroom 4. Downstairs family room has a big TV with game table, wine storage, beverage fridge and ample seating. Guests find plenty of room to spread out and enjoy their time together in LR, kitchen, FR or deck. Enjoy a mountain experience in luxury. Guests have use of the Cordillera Athletic center, Par 3 Golf Course, and Trailhead pool in summer. A mountain retreat to be remembered in the lovely Bearcat neighborhood in the poplar Ranch Section of Cordillera.
