This Arrowhead estate offers 4,000 square feet of mountain luxury that spans three floors to offers guests premium seclusion and privacy that can accommodate up to 10 people.
The main level to this spectacular home boasts a gorgeous open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and hearth room, a formal dining table and a spacious Great Room in which guests can enjoy aspen groves and mountain views, and spacious Master suite with private balcony. Outside, you are treated to a spacious balcony and a gas BBQ grill.
For experienced skiers, this home offers ski-in / walk-out access to the Cresta skiway via a skier bridge between the neighboring duplexes. Access onto the Cresta skiway is up a small incline. Alternatively the ski lifts can be access through the warmth of the on-demand Village Connect shuttle service that can transport the whole family down to the Arrowbahn lift.
This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 358 Cresta Road have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more.
The lower level of the property features three guest rooms, a family room, ski access and laundry room. The top floor of this residences offers additional privacy for the Junior Master Suite.

This residence includes an alternate-day housekeeping service for stays of five nights or longer. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.
With its close proximity to Arrowhead Village, guests can enjoy the communal pool and hot tub facilities, available in both the summer and winter seasons. During the winter, guests are able to ski to both Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek villages as part of the Village-to-Village ski experience. Additionally you are provided with complimentary access to the Village Connect shuttle, which services each village in Beaver Creek Resort during ski hours.
Arrowhead is an extremely private and secluded neighborhood and in order to preserve the privacy of guests and owners the shuttle service does not run once the resort closes down for the day.

This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.
Enjoyed the house - nicely furnished and great for a large group. Disappointed that the house was not really a ski-in, ski-out as originally listed when we rented and the access to and from the mountain was much more challenging than described. No ski locker in garage as indicated as the owner had their skis in the ski storage. Would have liked an "owners" manual that described how the house worked - ie. speakers in the ceilings, thermostats, etc.
The house is exactly as it appears in the photos and is nicely set up for a multi-family trip. The location overall is great with ski-out access if you are an experienced skier. Know that there is much less snow in Arrowhead than the other areas of Beaver Creek right now so many of the trails were closed the week we were there. Nothing to do with the house, of course, just a warning if you are attending in a low-snow season or if you are a beginner skier you will need to take the free shuttle over to the other areas. The house manager was very knowledgeable and responsive and made sure everything at the house was in the condition promised or she would take care of it immediately. I would recommend this house again.
Everything worked as described in the listing. Ski in/out was easy. Groceries and transportation arranged through the concierge was helpful and convenient.
Our group had a wonderful time at 358 Cresta! House is well equipped with everything we needed. We had a group of 10 and the house was the perfect size with plenty of space for everyone. Home has been well maintained and very clean! Location is fantastic! The property comes up as a ski in/ski out. It is walkout/ski in. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home!
