Aufenthalt mit Abstrichen empfehlenswert: Auf dem Weg von reinem Bauernhof zum FeWo.-Anbieter

Freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber; modern ausgebautes, ansprechendes Bauernhaus; gemütliche, bequeme Wohnung mit Fußbodenheizung und ausreichend ausgestatteter Küche; Brötchenservice klappt; Spielscheune mit vielen Kettcars, wohl vordringlich Abstellplatz für Großgeräte; das Angebot an Tieren und deren Unterbringung entspricht nicht den Versprechungen auf der Website; Spielgeräte auf der eigenen Wiese; Aufenthalt vor allem in der warmen Jahreszeit mit den Ausflügen in die schöne Landschaft empfehlenswert (z.B. naher Chiemsee).

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung Spinnstube so vorgefunden, wie es aus den Fotos im im Internet ersichtlich war. Es ist eine wunderschön im alpenländischen Stil eingerichtete Fewo mit allem Luxus den man benötigt. Durch die Aufteilung mit einem Schlafbereich in der Galerie wirkte Die Spinnstube größer als sie in Wirklichkeit ist. Kinder haben mit den Tieren auf dem Hof viel Spaß, so dass es schwer fällt, sie zu einem Aussflug zu bewegen :-). Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und gesprächsbereit und helfen gerne bei Fragen und Problemen weiter. Die Lage von Eggstädt ist zentral zu den verschiedenen Ausfluggebieten wie Chiemsee und Kampenwand..... gelegen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Lokalitäten sind in der Nähe ausreichend vorhanden. Ebenfalls gibt es in Eggstädt einen großen Lebensmittelmarkt. Uns hat trotz schlechtem Wetter bestens gefallen und kommen wieder.

Ferienwohnung Spinnstube/Hagerhof

Sehr schönes Anwesen, sehr gepflegt. Besonders toll für Kinder sind die Spielmöglichkeiten auf dem Hof. Der Urlaub entsprach komplett den Angaben in dem Online-Inserat.

Schöne kleinere Wohnung

Die Spinnstube ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung, also mit Schrägen, wer es mag, so wie ich, wird es super finden. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Der Hagerhof liegt ruhig inmitten von Feld, Wald und Wiesen am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes. In der Nähe gibt es Badeseen.Zum Hof gehört ein großer Garten, der für ein Frühstück oder einen Nachmittag im Liegestühl genutzt werden kann. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch der morgendliche Service mit Brötchen, Milch, Eiern und Zeitung.
