Needs a few upgrades. The bed sheets are poor quality. Our living room area didnā€™t have a sofa it was more like a single mattress with pillows & made it hard to sit on, there is art work on that wall so you canā€™t really sit on the sofa, maybe the other rooms it was different. The kitchen tap was very loose, the drawers were not lining up so each time you open you had to adjust. It just felt like there was a lot of ware & tare on this apartment. Maybe the main building is better. The property has bright lighting on at night, too much lighting even with the curtain closed you could see light. The cleaning staff start at 8am, so you could hear them above moving furniture. Maybe they can start later. The view was lovely

O Hotel tem um desing moderno com uma decoraĆ§Ć£o TB moderna. O quarto Ć© muito confortĆ”vel, com uma cama tambĆ©m muito boa e com todas as amenidades a sua disposiĆ§Ć£o como frigobar, microondas, cofre, chĆ”s e aquecedor de Ć”gua. Os atendentes sĆ£o cortezes e amĆ”veis. A localizaĆ§Ć£o Ć© boa. Apenas 15 minutos andando do centro da cidade. ƚnica observaĆ§Ć£o negativa que faƧo Ć© que mantinham um lindo perrito amarrado do lado de fora das instalaƧƵes do hotel. Me pareceu bem triste.

The staff was very helpful and responded quickly. You can chat via WhatsApp with the front desk. The time we were there it was unusually warm so the room was very hot and the room does not have fan or AC. The hot water took a while but otherwise the place was clean. The place is about 20 min walk to the downtown area, bit far away than the hotels on the Main Street but area was very quiet and safe. Uber access isnā€™t easy so I would consider if you donā€™t mind walking a little bit.

Good hotel a bit far away from the center of town but fairly quiet which is nice. Comfortable beds and small kitchen in our room. Only complaint is that it was quite warm in December and there wasnā€™t a lot of airflow with windows open

Great Customer Service

Clean place,modern, nice view from living room. I would suggest, they should put a mirror in the bedroom as there's only one in the bathroom. I would also like to praise Ian at check in, he was great in providing us with places to visit and eat. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was basic coffee and bread, they had some oranges and apples. They don't clean apartments daily and I have to asked twice for toilet paper. Place is near town.
