I stayed in Room 201, and there was no Wi-Fi signal. I asked the staff to come and fix it, but they couldn’t. The room was in very poor condition—the bathtub was plastic, and it was definitely not a four-star hotel. The food was extremely expensive; a single burger cost 32,000 ARS (about 27 USD)

We booked a triple for my husband and I so we would have space. We were put on the 2nd floor, 2 levels below the lobby but were told oit would be fine. I wasn't feeling well so I tried to go to bed early only to hear muscle cars revving their engines and dogs barking continuously. But i also heard this loud stomping and couldn't figure out what was happening so after an hour of torture i called the front desk to learn they have 2 dance shows each night above our room. When i brought this issue to the hotel they did move us the last 2 nights to a quieter room but only gave a small discount on the first night instead of comping the entire night. Besides the insufficiency of their customer service, the rooms are basic and the breakfast is fair, some in our friend group called it bad. I think the people working there are trying but there is a lack of understanding expectations.

I aske for a lake view she gave me a room it overlook the roof of the hotel restorant , I ask to change the told me the next day they will move me to room 514, when we got back from our guided trip the front desk gave a key to room 202 and told me it is great view when I question the change I told them I will check the room but it is not good then they gave me room 514, I should not go through this and I wonder if that happened because I reserved through third party

Modern hotel on Lake Argentina

Rooms are clean, modern, and large, but the bathroom was small and cramped. Wifi was poor when we were there, but it apparently was an issue with the provider so it might be better other times? Breakfast had a lot of options. Laundry is hilariously expensive. Location is beautiful.
