With the ferry to the island of Tabarca. Less than 10 minutes walk to Els Banyets de la Reina, a perfect area for snorkeling and visiting an archaeological site. Seven minutes walk to the city center and close to shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, press kiosk and boulevard. The apartment is ideally located. The complex has a swimming pool and tennis court and is entitled to parking space for 1 car. Bonalba Golf Course is 1.5 km away from the apartment.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning, with front sea views (one with 1 double bed and one with 2 single beds, with comfort mattresses - sheets 100% cotton included), bathroom (with shower and bidet - towels included) a modern kitchen and a large living room with air conditioning, with a sea view.
