Très bel hôtel mais pas niveau THE CHEDI et LEADING HOTELS PF THE WORLD . Le service n’est clairement pas au point pour un établissement de cette envergure

Hôtel neuf avec personnel de qualité

Séjour de 10 jours en demi-pension. Erreur à commettre car au bout de 10 jours vous avez vraiment fait le tour de la carte demi-pension qui ne propose que 3 choix ! Lors de la réservation il y avait le choix du buffet 1/2 pension qui n’existe pas. Réserver avec vue mer car les autres chambres peuvent avoir vue sur un mur ! Dommage pour un 5 étoiles

Everything and everyone was just perfect. I used to stay at Chedi in Oman and this one in El Gouna is the same: really great job and stay

Great hotel choice in El Gouna

Great hotel choice in El Gouna. Beach front rooms are nice, good facilities and reasonable prices. The beach is good and so are the pools. Service is very good, they are very attentive and have small gestures such as cleaning sunglasses and settings towels for you. The town is a short stroll away and offers a good choice of restaurants and bars.

Hier hat alles gestimmt: von der Abholung vom Flughafen, dem herzlichen Empfang an der Rezeption dem tollen luxuriösen Zimmer, dem sauberen Strand, dem Spa mit wundervoll entspannenden Behandlungen und der toll angelegten Hotelanlage. Daneben aber vor Allem den wirklich sehr professionellen Mitarbeitern, die alle sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit sind und einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablesen, auch wenn diese noch geschlossen sind. Welch ein Service! HASSAN vom Restaurantservice war einzigartig und hat uns einen kleinen Kochkurs bei MOHAMMAD, dem Küchenchef, arrangiert, der sich wirklich gefreut hat, uns seine Kochkunst zu zeigen. OMAR von der Beachbar, der uns trotz der großen Hitze immer mit einem Lächeln all unsere Wünsche erfüllt hat. AMR, unser Housekeeper von Raum Nr. 2203, der Herzen aus Blumen auf unsere Betten arrangierte. An alle Angestellten ein großes Dankeschön für diese tolle unvergessene Woche. Erholung pur!!!
