I liked the printed sheet of walking distance nearby restaurant and bar suggestions provided to me by the check-in staff. There simply is no closer or more upscale hotel in downtown El Paso!

Location was perfect and convenient. Enjoyed the seating area by pool and DJ on Friday night. To get to the parking garage could use improvement. Too narrow by the entrance. Although rooms were clean they could use some upgrading. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care and attention to detail. They made it so easy for me to check in early, which took a lot of stress off my trip. Everything was smooth, quick, and very accommodating.
