Our overall stay was excellent. Only issue was a temporary malfunction with the elevator. Our room was clean, staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast was great and the parking lot is well lit and felt safe. Five-Stars all around. Very satisfied and will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

We were disappointed about two things. 1. We had to have staff assistance to get internet. 2. We had to have a staff member come to our room to find ESPN. We had no way of knowing that you have to select channel 20.4 to see a list of available channels. No posted instructions and no labels on what appeared on tv. Worst experience ever.

Check in took a really long time due to the fact that we booked thru Hotels.com. The room was decent except for the hair that was in the shower all over the walls. One elevator was down and as we were getting ready to leave the one working elevator started having problems closing the doors as well. The breakfast buffet was adequate but the staff was clearly stressed by the amount of people that were eating at the time we were leaving. Overall - I would still stay there but not have very high expectations.

The place was in a good location, clean, the staff was nice....BUT man that highway is LOUD!!! We had a sound machine on high and still could barely sleep. It's a bummer they didn't use better quality windows. The place should be half price for how loud it is.
