No GYM, No Ice, Vending Machine has expired stuff. Pool always Dirty. Housekeeping works hard groundskeeper worked hard too. Some of the front desk are super cool humble great outgoing personality. The price is extremely bad for blood stained sheets & extremely old mattresses. The AC super dirty . The price should be around $30 . I think eventually it will get better once it’s upgraded but the pictures are false advertisement.

If this is the motel 6 on gateway I been meaning to reach out about this. I hope they refunded my money like I asked, I will be calling their corporate office too. Worst experience ever. I went in to check in the receptionist never made eye contact and spoke in a low voice while looking annoyed. After I got my key me and my husband went into the room that looked small, barely clean no microwave or fridge. The remote to the TV wasn't working so I took it down stairs to replace, she angrily looked in a drawer full of remotes that didn't work while on the side of her an employee told her there's a working remote in another room . The employee was in her socks gave me the remote. We both took the elevator up she went to one room talking to a guest then went to another room talking to another guest about acting out. When I went in the room my husband told me there was roaches in the bathroom. I'm done I went down stairs to get my money back but I haven't got nothing back to my account. The motel was crawling with tweakers and had a horrible feel to it all employees were shady. We left and went to the motel 6 on North Mesa . They were great, clean rooms friendly staff and great atmosphere. Please take this motel off your site please look into this and see for yourself how horrible it is. It should not be an option for travelers looking to relax that motel is a place people go to get high and sell drugs including the employees were high you can tell.

Outdoors is Cleaner- DO NOT-REPEAT DO NOT. PERIOD,

I was told by the check in clerk that if I did not complain about the rancid condition of the room in the first 15 minutes of accepting the digital key, I had to accept the room., I told her the room was supposed to be clean when I arrived, she cut me off and retorted "Like I SAID...You have to COMPLAIN the FIRST 15 minutes upon your arrival." We were tired coming off the road and slept in our clothes to make a 730 appointment from checking in at 5 am. The First floor carpet is dirtier that asphalt and the stench is unbearable. The woods are a better bet than this place. Youve been warned. =(

Staff is great it’s the property that looks like a ghost town wires hanging from ceilings or walls no washer n dryers you get what you pay for but I think it’s over priced for what you get not the fault of the staff it’s whoever owns it

My room's t.v. didn't work, they didn't refill the toilet paper. The restroom had no mirror. The hallways were dingy and smelly, not to mention had holes in the ground. The outside property was littered with trash and old tires. Would never stay there again

Hair in the bed, everything looked like it was falling apart. Noise level was crazy high. There was extreme banging above our room ALL night. Sounded like someone was bowling. I tried calling the front desk and someone answered but immediately asked me to hold and then I could hear him walking around and talking to other people. I held for FIFTEEN minutes then finally gave up. Tried calling again a little later but must never got an answer again. I didn’t feel safe to go down to try and tell someone face to face. The whole experience was terrible and I’m super disappointed. Motel 6 is usually my go to for a quick stop over when on a road trip because they’re fairly consistent. Basic, but clean and comfortable. This place was awful.

Been here going on 3 weeks it’s false advertising hotel rooms lobby no where near the picture shown. Ac makes me sick a lot because it seems dirty. Staff is good very nice people and I think get overworked you can tell. For being here almost 3 weeks I should’ve had a fridge & microwave in the room but apparently you get charged extra. No where to wash and dry clothes. I’m only here cause I have to car keys lost.

Staff was great, but the rooms were super dirty, the sheets were dirty full of stains the bathroom towels were full of yellow stains and I have pictures to show, floor was not sweep bathroom curtains were torn the sink was dirty full of dirt, door wouldn’t close properly and was missing the lock button on the bathroom a lot of noise in the next room. But the most disgusting thing was the sheets and the towels that were stained really bad is like they don’t wash the sheets. Never again staying there but it is a good price. I guess you get for what you pay.
