Horrible, the place was dirty . Walls were stained, no towels. Hairs everywhere, floor was filthy. Nothing like it showed when I made reservations.

The room was disgusting, the hotel didn’t have hot water, and the toilet did not flush in my room! I contacted Expedia and the hotel for a refund for my unused days and was denied at every effort 10/10 do not recommend

Room assigned was under construction. No furniture , just empty but contractor’s equipment. Then, another room was assigned, looks like before starting renovation. Nothing such as towels, toilet papers, amenities. Also Microwave was remove. The guy at reception was not bad but no knowledge about construction progress since he joined a week ago. How come they put information to Internet as they operate in normal. I shall discuss with Expedia insurance division.

No microwave no refrigerator no telephone remote didnt wanna work properly . Tub nasty not swept. Trash under the bed tht was not ours. Nasty old towels and nasty pillow cases like thy were not changed.. ac didnt cool keep turing off no ice maker on the second floor..staff were polite but i expected more.
