For those interested in outdoor activities, the beautiful Franklin Mountains State Park is approximately a 20-minute drive away, offering hiking and stunning views. Downtown El Paso, with its vibrant cultural scene and historical sites, is about a 20-25 minute drive. The neighborhood itself is quiet and residential, providing a peaceful retreat while still being close to the action. You'll find a mix of well-maintained homes and friendly neighbors, creating a welcoming atmosphere for your stay.

Getting around is easy from our Southwestern Modern home! Free parking is available on the premises. For those flying in, El Paso International Airport (ELP) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. While public transportation options are available in El Paso, they may not be as frequent or convenient as in larger cities. We recommend using ride-sharing services or renting a car for the most flexible and efficient way to explore the area. Major transit hubs are easily accessible by car, offering convenient connections to various parts of the city.

Please take a moment to review some important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at our Southwestern Modern home. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $100, subject to availability. Please be aware of our house rules regarding occupancy; the maximum number of guests allowed is 10, including visitors. Unauthorized guests may incur a fee of $100 per person. We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as per the City of El Paso code. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and violations may lead to immediate cancellation without a refund. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not permitted inside the house or around doors/windows; a $500 cleaning fee applies if smoke odor or residue is detected. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property, and an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee. Before you leave, please place all used towels and hand towels in the washer, put used dishes in the sink, take out the trash to the outdoor bins, turn off lights, electronics, and appliances, lock all windows and doors, and return the keys to the lockbox. We appreciate your cooperation!
