I had an amazing time at this resort during my yearly kitesurfing trip. The bungalow in which I stayed was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a great view of the ocean and there was even an upper deck bar. The beach was easily accessible and there was a kite school on the premises. However, the best part of my experience was the staff. From the General Manager, Tony, to everyone else, they made me feel at home. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful place for years to come.

Had an amazing time at Ventana Bay Resort! Photos don’t do this hotel justice - the rooms, views and grounds are spectacular! You’re able to kiteboard right from the beach, which is one of the most expansive ones in the area. The casita was very comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a long stay. Enjoyed watching fish jump in the mornings while the waters were calm and kiting in the evening when the wind picked up. Nelly did an incredible job accommodating us and assisting with booking activities. Highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling to La Ventana!

Entiendo que no cumplimos con sus expectativas en cuanto a la categoría de habitación que reservó. Sin embargo, me gustaría destacar que le ofrecimos opciones de un upgrade gratuito a una categoría superior y eximimos la penalidad por la cancelación de última hora mientras ya se encontraba en el hotel. Solamente se le cobró una noche de estancia en la categoría originalmente seleccionada.Apreciaríamos que su calificación sea justa y refleje el servicio que se le brindó. Es un lugar hermoso. Las playas son hermosas, parecen una alberca gigante. Muy tranquilo, muy buen servicio. Solo para tener en cuenta, esta apartado de todo, se necesita vehículo

Weekend getaway at Ventana beach

We had a wonderful stay at La Ventana Bay Resort! It is secluded and romantic and the property is very well cared for. The service is wonderful too! We had breakfast and lunch at the resort and the food was delicious!
