The space
Conveniently located in the pumpjack capital of Texas, A.L. Cottages' Park Ave Cottage is a beautifully decorated and newly remodeled 3 bedroom/2 bath home featuring elegantly rustic farmhouse decor and amenities. Wonderfully located just a couple of blocks South of 287. We're just about a mile from everywhere in town! If you’re missing a little bit of city life, Wichita Falls or Vernon is just a short drive away!

Bedrooms:
You'll sleep soundly in the three high quality queen beds with warm, breathable, and comfortable bedding. Each room is equipped with blackout curtains to keep rooms nice and dark! You can stay entertained because each bedroom is equipped with 32" Roku Smart TV with Guest Mode.

Kitchen:
The wonderful open floor plan kitchen overlooks the living room is perfect for conversing or watching your favorite program on the living room's 65" Roku Smart TV equipped with Guest Mode. Beautiful appliances give the kitchen a beautiful clean look. A six place setting rustic kitchen table is great for providing extra counter space and a space for a family meal. Enjoy a fully stocked coffee bar with a variety of coffees, teas, and hot chocolates at any time. You don't need to bring anything from home, the kitchen is supplied with cookware, dishware, and silverware!

Bathrooms:
Enjoy the large walk-in shower in the master bathroom or a tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom. Both showers have built-in shower dispensers! Get ready for bed or the day ahead with a superbly lit and stocked sink area with a vessel sink! Get dry and clean with high-quality towels, washcloths, hand towels, and special black makeup washcloths! The master bathroom has a dressing area featuring a beautiful makeup vanity, full length mirror, and place to hang clothes!

Laundry:
Staying multiple days? We have a high capacity washer and dryer with a built-in folding area and hanging rod for delicates!

Living Room:
The living room has an open floor plan connecting with the kitchen! Perfect for conversations or watching the food cook while watching your favorite programs on the 65" Roku Smart TV with Guest Mode! Rest easy on two comfortable grey lounge chairs and a rustic full size couch that are wonderfully accommodating and comfortable!

Front Porch:
The front porch is equipped with two relaxing adirondack chairs to watch the sunrise or enjoy the evening!

Carport:
Stay safe from weather in the two car carport! Located just off the back of the cottage.

Fenced yard:
Waist high chain link fence is perfect for letting the kiddos or pups out to play!
