The hotel is extremely outdated. The cover had a big stain on it. The shower was terrible the handle was molded as well as the shower head. Check in was terrible, I wanted to switch my credit card that I had held the room and was told no. There was no vending, had to go downstairs to find ice. I would not stay or recommend this hotel again.

We were in town for the Notre Dame game. This hotel definitely served its purpose. Awesome price, less than 30 minutes to campus, free breakfast was great, parking is easy and close. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean the only problem had a very hard time understanding the staff & l can’t believe when l was checking out l decided to pay for my room in cash rather than put it on the credit card but the wouldn’t let me which l have never heard of

Interior is tired and needs paint and bathroom updates. Our bathroom had mildew and an old toilet and a cracked sink. The pillows were hard. Bed was ok and breakfast was pretty decent. Plenty of chain restaurant options in walking distance or a quick drive.

More resources during key check-in woukd the process a 5 minute experience instead of the 30 minute wait due to the rep being busy checking a customer in and multiple phone calls, for a pre-paid room.

Zero amenities, TV had 2 functional channels, staff was ambivalent at best, no ice available, charged $30 for my little 15 pound dog. The place is dumpy; especially for what I paid.

I inadvertently booked this property for the wrong day and as soon as I get done booking, I realized I booked the wrong day. Before my credit card was even charged. I reached out to Expedia to cancel the reservation and was told it was non-cancelable. Expedia reached out to the property to request a cancellation as that the protocol for a non-cancelable reservation. The property representative refused to authorize the cancellation despite the fact that it didn’t harm the hotel in anyway. Terrible business model. I’ll never do business with this place if they’re so desperate for money, they have to keep someone’s money, even though they don’t provide the service.
