The lobby was nice, and the front staff Brittnay and Octavia were great. But in my room the hot tube did not work that well. Very disappointed about that.

The room was a bit outdated but was clean. The mattress was not to my liking firm and the pillows were down material, very squishy. I did ask for another pillow and got a foam one that was a little firmer than the other. Interesting that I was in a handicap-accessible room and there were plenty of grab bars by and in the shower/tub, but there were not any by the toilet.

It was a great stay enjoyed the pool and the beds were super comfortable I enjoyed my stay but I can say they need to check their shampoo and conditioner that are on the wall in the shower, the conditioner was empty other than that it was very nice

The Expedia website listed the property as having a pool and hot tub. Hot tub was an amenity in my search criteria. The hotel did NOT have a hot tub, and made me feel pretty stupid for thinking it did. Because it was information from a 3rd party site (Expedia), they had no responsibility for the error and felt no need to do anything to accommodate me. There were no jacuzzi rooms available to even change my reservation to. Further, because I booked through Expedia, they wouldn't give me Hilton Honor points for the stay. It rnded up being an expensive stay at a hotel that was nothing special.

Good place NO HOT TUB

Probably cleanest place to stay in Elkhart. Picked this place because of hot tub and pool, but when we got there no hot tub its been filled in we wanted to relax in hot tub and let kids swim in pool we picked this place 100% based on hot tub
