Located on the first floor, this private room features one king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Smart TV is set up in guest mode for you to login to your preferred streaming services! Room darkening shades have been installed for restful daytime sleep!

The bathroom with a standup shower is stocked with shampoo and body wash. Makeup towels are available along with a hair dryer.

A simple setup with a mini fridge and microwave makes it easy to store and heat food, with seating for three at the dining table. There is also an outdoor seating area for four, perfect for relaxing outside.

A starter supply of toilet paper is stocked in the bathroom.

Start your mornings with complimentary coffee available in the hallway lobby next to the ice machine. Available to guests 24/7.

Free laundry is available in the building, with the washer and dryer located in the hallway off the game room.

Please note the indoor pool is temporarily closed for maintenance.

No pets are allowed in the room at any time. A $500 penalty will be charged for any unauthorized pets.

Guests will have full access to the private room along with all resort amenities, including the outdoor pool, game room, laundry area, hallway coffee station, boat ramp, driveway parking, and shared outdoor spaces.

We are available for guests if needed via Airbnb messaging. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

Credit card fees are non-refundable upon booking if reservation is cancelled by guest.

Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front, back and sides of property, and parking areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No cameras are located in units. No exterior or common area cameras can view interior units. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Rearranging furniture in the room that results in damages in the room or labor cost associated with returning furniture to its original location will be charged to the guest after check out.
- Check-out is at 11am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 11am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
