This 2022 newly renovated boutique nightly rental features a modern industrial feel, plush new amenities, ultrafast Wi-Fi, and a prime location steps away from downtown shopping & dining.

Unit 1 is a 3BR/1BA condo located on the first floor.

Unit 1 is dog friendly, so feel free to bring your four-legged family member. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. 2 dogs maximum, up-to-date on all shots. No cats please. The pet fee will be charged after departure.

A brand new concept …. Boutique hotel. You get a code and enter on your own with no face to face check in. It was a gorgeous place, very comfortable and in a great area in downtown Elkin NC. Highly recommend Very friend,y area.
